DO YOU OFFER GIFT CARDS?

We do not offer gift cards at this time. We may offer something in the future.

WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT OPTIONS?

We take cash or credit cards. We do not take checks of any kind.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

Our products are perishable, baked and decorated by staff, our refund policy is as follows:

  • If product is not picked up, we do not give a refund. 

  • If there is a defect in your order, please let us know immediately and return the product promptly within 2 days of pick up or delivery. In this case, we will provide a prorated refund determined by the amount of product returned. We must determine that there is a quality deficiency for this refund.

  • If you try one of our products and simply don't care for it. We hope that you will try a different product, however, refunds will not be given.

  • Cancellations or changes to your order must be given 24 hours prior to pick up/ delivery. 

  • Refunds will not be given for an amount greater than the original purchase price regardless of circumstance.

  • Sweet One's Candy reserves the right to change these terms at any time.
